Independent handling of ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) for import and export

Coordination of end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation planning, shipment handling, documentation, and monitoring shipment progress

Communication and negotiation with shipping lines, agents, terminals, partners, and internal branches in Poland and internationally

Preparation and management of freight forwarding documentation (e.g. B/L, invoices, packing lists) in line with applicable regulations

Monitoring of shipments and solution-oriented handling of operational deviations

Preparation of quotations and professional customer support, ensuring a high level of service quality and long-term client relationships

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in ocean freight forwarding or maritime transport

Fluency in written and spoken English

Strong organizational skills, accuracy and reliability, combined with resilience and commitment.
