Bayer in Poland (Gdańsk) seeks an experienced E2E O2C Process & Transformation Lead to define and drive the global O2C transformation strategy. You will ensure an harmonized, customer-centric, future-ready O2C ecosystem through process excellence, technology disruption, and AI-enabled transformation.

The role requires 10 years of relevant experience, strong business and technology fluency, agile and change management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across divisions

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in transformation or efficiency initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and business performance drivers.
• Experience bridging business and technology domains; agile, project and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global O2C strategy with O2C leaders.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to transform O2C processes.
• Lead automation, AI, analytics and digital capability initiatives.
• Partner with divisions, IT, and operations to implement solutions.
• Benchmark industry practices and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to ensure governance and delivery.
• Drive UX design across the O2C landscape to improve adoption.
