Qualifications

• Typically 5–10+ years in change management, communications, or organizational transformation.
• Experience shaping change strategies for large, global programs in pharma/biotech or healthcare.
• Ability to translate complex initiatives into clear change narratives and enablement plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead global change strategies for CD&O and DS-AI initiatives, aligning with Pharma R&D priorities and Bayer frameworks.
• Assess change impact, stakeholder readiness, adoption risks, and sponsorship needs; translate insights into integrated plans.
• Advise sponsors and leadership to strengthen decision-making and visible commitment to change.
• Develop global communication, engagement, and enablement materials that translate complexity into actionable messages.
• Define capability needs and enable adoption of new processes, tools, and DS0 ways of working.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and refine interventions.
• Lead change management across multiple initiatives ensuring consistency and proactive management of impacts.
