Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an O2C Finance Transformation Manager focusing on MS Dynamics 365 to lead finance process improvements and end-to-end transformation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design test strategies, and contribute to client proposals and RFP responses.

The role requires strong English communication, 3+ years of transformation experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
• Proven MS Dynamics 365 implementation experience; configuration experience or hands-on user experience beneficial.
• Familiarity with finance process optimization and transformation best practices.
• Ability to engage with clients, offer strategic insights and adapt to changing needs.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation or ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in transforming O2C processes aligned with industry standards.
• Apply MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and drive successful transformation.
• Support development of client proposals and RFP responses.
• Deliver clear presentations to stakeholders and identify, plan, and mitigate risks.
