Responsibilities

• Shape global change strategies for CD&O and DS&A initiatives.
• Assess impact, readiness, adoption risks, and sponsorship needs.
• Advise sponsors and leaders to strengthen collaboration and commitment.
• Develop global communication and enablement approaches for stakeholders.
• Define capability needs and support adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor adoption metrics and refine interventions to drive outcomes.
