AstraZeneca is seeking an experienced O2C Transformation & Automation Manager to serve as the global design authority for O2C and Banking. You will oversee end‑to‑end process and solution design decisions, ensure changes are scalable, controlled, and aligned to the global operating model.

You will lead collaboration with IT, SI partners, and BPO to deliver approved designs. The role requires deep functional credibility in SAP O2C, HighRadius, Esker, and a proven track record delivering major

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years’ experience in Order to Cash within a large, complex, international organisation, shared services, or consulting environment.
• Strong, hands‑on SAP O2C experience across ECC and S/4HANA.

Responsabilités

• Act as global design authority for O2C and Banking process and system changes, ensuring scalability and alignment to global target operating model.
• Provide direction to IT, system integrators, and service partners, including formal design approval and delivery support where needed.
• Translate transformation objectives into roadmaps, milestones and tangible business outcomes (cash acceleration, cycle‑time reduction, service quality, control improvements).
• Partner with IT, GFS, BPO and system integrators to ensure delivery adheres to approved designs and resolve design-level issues.
• Drive change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning to ensure sustained value.
