Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking an experienced O2C Transformation & Automation Manager to act as the global design authority for O2C and Banking process and system changes. You will shape end-to-end design decisions, ensure alignment with the global target operating model, and collaborate with IT, GFS, Genpact, and SI partners.

In this design-led role you will bring deep SAP O2C knowledge (ECC/S4HANA), AR automation with HighRadius and Esker, and a track record of large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in Order to Cash within a large, complex international organisation, shared services, or consulting environment covering Credit Risk, Pricing, Order management and Billing, Cash Application, Collections and Disputes Management.
• Strong, hands-on SAP O2C experience across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven AR automation experience with HighRadius and Esker.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering transformation or major process/system change.
• Ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a global matrix.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as global design authority for end-to-end O2C process designs, policies, and standards.
• Assess and approve proposed process or system changes to align with the global design and transformation roadmap.
• Maintain documentation of design principles, process models, and solution architectures.
• Translate transformation objectives into roadmaps, milestones, and tangible business outcomes.
• Partner with IT, GFS, BPO, and system integrators to ensure delivery adheres to designs and resolve issues.
• Provide independent functional assurance in design and stage-gate forums.
