Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Programme Manager to run the Programme Office in support of Workforce Management Solutions for a client engagement.

The role provides leadership to a team of specialists, oversees SLAs, budgeting, and vendor relationships, and ensures successful program delivery across multiple accounts. You will coordinate with customers and suppliers, lead negotiations, and implement workforce management processes, with travel as needed to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an MSP client in a senior capacity.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management with customers and suppliers.
• Thorough understanding of workforce management processes and financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to a team of Lead Programme Specialists, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Manages customer relations and negotiations with suppliers and customers.
• Ensures achievement of all service level agreements and program goals.
• Oversees budgeting for the Programme Office and ensures resources are allocated effectively.
• Implements and trains staff on vendor management system software and program procedures.
• Prepares periodic status reports for senior management and clients.
