Job summary

Allegro in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international growth programs, shaping expansion across Europe and driving the execution of core growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You will orchestrate multi-market programs, collaborate with senior leaders in Commerce, Product/Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and deliver data-backed updates for executive decisions, while developing localized value propositions for buyers and merchants.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and strategic expansion.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English; Polish required.

Responsibilities

• Drive International Agenda across existing markets (CZ, SK, HU) and explore new expansion opportunities.
• Lead the program control tower, tracking cross-functional workstreams and removing bottlenecks.
• Structure localized value propositions for buyers and merchants for new markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across the organization without formal direct reporting lines.
• Prepare clear, data-backed steering materials and decision frameworks for senior leadership.
