Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Programme Manager to lead the Programme Office in support of Workforce Management Solutions for a client engagement.

You will guide a team of Lead Programme Specialists and Programme Specialists, manage customer and supplier relations, and ensure SLAs are achieved while keeping activities within budget. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Formación

• Proven leadership of MSP client teams with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong vendor management experience across customer and supplier relations.
• Experience negotiating large contracts with executive-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Beeline and Fieldglass or similar vendor management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to a team of Programme Specialists and ensure high performance.
• Maintain customer relations and negotiate terms at senior levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the Programme Office operates within budget and timelines.
• Prepare regular status reports for customer and Allegis Group Services.
• Coordinate training on vendor management systems and program procedures.
