Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking an Expert, Talent Solution Delivery (MSP Consultant) to deliver premium talent experiences for our FMCG client. The role supports a global organization, overseeing end-to-end requisition processes and the contingent workforce.

Based remotely in Poland with Warsaw visits as needed, you will partner with senior hiring managers, manage supply chain relations, and lead market benchmarking to secure competitive placements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Experience with MSP or corporate talent environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultative recruitment partner for hiring managers.
• Formulate and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies for high-volume contractor sourcing.
• Advise on market trends, profile availability, and rate cards using analytics tools.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead supplier rate negotiations and benchmarking for cost savings.
• Oversee end-to-end contingent recruitment lifecycle using VMS/HRIS.
• Ensure governance on contingent labor policies and compliance.
• Present performance insights to stakeholders with data-driven reports.
• Provide onboarding support and process guidance to associates.
