Job summary

Hitachi, Ltd. Kraków is seeking a professional with 1–2 years in global mobility or HR operations to join the International Project Workers team. You will support the compliant deployment of employees on international assignments, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Tax, Immigration and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver international assignment support for Global Mobility and HR teams.
• Prepare assignment paperwork and coordinate payroll/compensation data.
• Coordinate with external vendors for tax, immigration, and services.
• Support across multiple regions to ensure compliant deployments.
• Identify process improvements from feedback and experience.
