Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an International Assignments Coordinator to join the Global Mobility team in Kraków, Poland.

The role focuses on compliant deployment of employees on international project assignments and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Tax, Immigration, and external partners. You will manage assignment life cycles, coordinate payroll-related actions, and help improve processes through feedback.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR or global mobility experience.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and work across cultures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering support in international assignment process to Global Mobility, HR community, employees, and stakeholders.
• Payroll instructions and coordination of compensation collection from Payrolls.
• Invoice handling: Review draft invoices, monitor and follow up, and ad hoc investigations.
• Support counterparts in the Global Mobility Function worldwide in managing assignments.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.
• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers.
