Job summary

Philips International is seeking an International Mobility Coordinator on a maternity cover fixed term contract (12 months) based in Łódź, Poland. The role concentrates on supporting and delivering Rewards programs with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and international mobility.

You will advise managers and recruiters, help design and administer compensation and mobility policies, perform salary benchmarking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and data

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Knowledge of rewards processes including compensation, benefits, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and international mobility programs.
3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, HR Operations, or similar field.
Proactive mindset with analytical thinking and customer-first approach.
Strong stakeholder management across cultures, functions and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for Rewards topics, including compensation, benefits, grading, job evaluations, and international mobility.
Support the design, administration, and improvement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs.
Develop expertise in Rewards policies, processes, and governance with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Conduct compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and rewards-related reporting with accurate data.
Drive operational excellence by optimizing Rewards processes, tools, policies, and programs.
Advise and guide managers, recruiters, and employees on salary structures, incentive programs, benefits, and international mobility policies and procedures.
