Job summary

Philips is seeking a Transport Rate Management Specialist to maintain transport-rate and transit-time master data in our TMS, analyze rate reports, and drive standardization and digitalization across the transport rates ecosystem.

The role supports rate compliance, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and leads improvement projects in line with Philips PM standards. The position is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover with a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, Operations or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS, Qlik Sense and Power BI; interest in automation/digitalization/AI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate transport-rate and transit-time master data in TMS.
• Coordinate deviations in transport rates and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Analyze transport-rate reports and identify root causes of performance gaps with Excel, TMS, Qlik Sense and Power BI.
• Drive improvements in transport rates processes and digitalization initiatives.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
