Job summary

You will manage mobility data in Workday, assist with payroll instructions, and contribute to process improvements in a global environment. This office-based role offers global exposure and collaboration with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Payroll, or People Services.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analytics experience.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational support for international assignments, relocations, and cross‑border movements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain employee and assignment data within Workday and mobility systems.
• Support payroll instructions, reporting, audits, and mobility analytics.
• Review and process vendor invoices while supporting accurate payment administration.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries and help resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and mobility projects.
