Neumann Executive is assisting an innovative MedTech company expanding internationally by recruiting a Commercial Director – International Sales. This senior leadership role is Warsaw-based with hybrid working and direct reporting to the CEO.

You will own the international sales strategy, build and lead high-performing teams, open new markets, and develop distributor networks while driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and strong negotiation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Medical Devices / MedTech sales.
• Strong track record in international B2B sales and business development.
• Experience opening new markets from scratch and generating revenue.
• Experience building, managing and developing sales teams.
• Hands-on approach to customer acquisition, distributor development and strategic partnerships.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and scale the international sales organization.
• Define and execute international sales and market expansion strategies.
• Open new markets, acquire B2B customers and develop international distributor networks.
• Personally lead strategic sales opportunities, negotiations and complex deal closures.
• Take ownership of revenue targets, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Build scalable sales processes and work closely with the CEO on commercial strategy.
