Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in Kraków is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the DACHEE and UKI regions, and the EMEA Field Marketing Director by managing planning, communications, and event activities across markets and languages.

The role requires proficiency with Asana, MS Office, Canva, Marketo, PathFactory and Salesforce, plus fluent English and German language skills are a plus. This is a hybrid role based in Kraków with remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing planning and project coordination.
• Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Canva.
• Familiarity with Marketo, PathFactory and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across time zones and multicultural teams.
• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with Central European working hours.
• Experience supporting multilingual marketing activities; fluent English; German desired.
• Impressive mix of creativity and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain detailed marketing planning workflows in Asana.
• Create, collate, and present information from Asana into internal communications and slide decks.
• Provide remote support for event delivery and webinar execution across languages and countries.
• Align with local marketers on event assets including decks, social posts and collateral.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
• Handle multiple tasks at pace with strong organisational skills.
• Track marketing activities in Marketo, Salesforce and other platforms.
