Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Manager – Sales Enablement for the EMEA region. The role focuses on coordinating regional enablement initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring milestones are met and activities run effectively. The candidate will bring 5+ years of project management or operations experience and strong stakeholder management in international settings.

Location: Krakow, Poland — Hybrid (2 days in the office). Direct W2 candidates only; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or operations experience.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, or countries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cohort planning and align execution with project goals.
• Coordinate attendee registration and manage program logistics.
• Track progress against milestones and deadlines with timely stakeholder follow-up.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and document decisions.
