ACT-ON is seeking a Cornerstone OnDemand Implementation Consultant in Krakow. This role involves managing local and international projects while supporting the implementation of HR software solutions. The ideal candidate has several years of consulting experience and excellent communication skills in both English and German.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in consulting or as a project manager for process changes.
• Experience with HR tools such as Cornerstone, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of HR processes like learning, recruitment, and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage local and international projects.
• Support the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Analyze existing HR processes and develop optimization solutions.
• Act as a liaison between HR and IT.
• Share knowledge and support professional development.
