Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Marketing Automation Project Specialist to design and deliver advanced customer-journey and automation projects across brands and markets. You will translate needs into scalable, technology-enabled programs that improve personalization and campaign performance, reporting to the Marketing Orchestration & Automation Enablement Manager.

The role emphasizes strategic concept development, business case creation, and requirements definition, with hands-on development

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, MarTech, CRM or customer-journey management in an international B2B environment.
• Proficient with enterprise marketing automation platforms; deep technical development is not required.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to adoption.
• Strong business analysis skills: translate objectives into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex capability projects end to end from business case to rollout across brands and markets.
• Define business logic, functional and technical requirements for product teams.
• Evaluate and pilot new capabilities and channels (AI-driven use cases, new channels like SMS/WhatsApp).
• Define integration and vendor requirements for data flows and APIs.
• Frame consent, compliance and feasibility early with legal and data privacy teams.
• Work in an agile delivery model turning concepts into epics and user stories.
• Prove value with pilots and KPIs, then decide scaling or stopping.
• Handshake to BAU with documentation and training for sustainment.
