Accenture PLC is recruiting for a senior consultant role focused on marketing automation. The team collaborates with clients to design and implement initiatives that enhance business performance, especially around Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms.

You will gather requirements, map capabilities to business needs, and drive end-to-end campaigns while coordinating with client teams across Europe. A strong consulting background and data-driven approach are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience understanding and working with marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge and/or experience with SFMC Engagement, SFMC Account Engagement, Data Cloud, Personalization and/or Salesforce Loyalty.
• Solid consulting and techno-functional skills (intersection of business and technology).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills to design efficient processes that elevate team performance.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements, design process and define implementation strategy for marketing platforms.
• Map platform capabilities to business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and help achieve marketing objectives; identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze data and recommend improvements to optimize campaign performance.
• Travel frequently to client sites across Europe and work with clients in their offices when needed.
