Job summary

Reply is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant to design and deliver marketing automation solutions in collaboration with clients and project teams. The role focuses on Salesforce marketing technologies, campaign enablement, customer journeys, activation, and data-driven personalization.

Responsibilities include shaping solutions, running workshops, and implementing campaigns and journeys across marketing platforms. Travel for on-site activities may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in marketing automation projects with real delivery challenges and trade-offs.
• Good understanding of marketing automation concepts, campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce marketing technologies, ideally including Marketing Cloud Engagement and Account Engagement, plus related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, integrate, test, and deploy Salesforce-based marketing automation solutions.
• Support solution shaping, client workshops, and cross-functional delivery activities.
• Contribute to campaign, journey, segmentation, and activation use cases aligned with business needs.
• Support implementation and optimization of Salesforce marketing platforms and connected capabilities.
• Translate client needs into practical, scalable solution designs with technical and business teams.
• Contribute to data, consent, audience, and activation topics in marketing processes.
• Participate in occasional on-site customer activities when required.
