Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel Poland is seeking a Transport Coordinator to plan, coordinate and monitor transportation services for our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound requests, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure delivery and shipment accuracy.

Reporting to the Integrated Logistics Team Lead, you will manage deviations, provide professional customer service by phone and email, and support new processes with feedback and testing. English fluency and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with logistics or transport operations, with temperature-controlled shipping advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process transport requests according to customer requirements.
• Secure transport equipment and arrange pickup/delivery.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving points and carriers.
• Monitor shipment statuses and address deviations.
• Report escalations to line management.
• Support new processes by testing and feedback.
