Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is hiring a Logistics Representative in Wroclaw to coordinate daily transportation activities and manage customer accounts within our 4PL RMS division.

You will build strong client relationships and monitor shipments, addressing exceptions and service issues promptly. The role emphasizes process improvement, cost savings, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of international logistics experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• German language skills preferred.
• Able to solve problems quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer contacts to execute day-to-day transportation needs.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and follow up on shipment daily exceptions.
• Manage service failures with transport providers and resolve issues with customers.
• Identify cost savings opportunities like route optimization and order consolidation.
• Hit KPIs for quality and productivity; run and improve reports on daily shipment activity.
