Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is expanding its European Control Tower in Wroclaw to coordinate international transportation across road, ocean and intermodal freight. You will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with carriers and manufacturing sites across Europe to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

The role offers exposure to SAP, Transportation Management Systems, export operations and AI-enabled logistics tools within a global control tower setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the logistics/transportation field.
• Experience with SAP ECC and Transportation Management Systems.
• Strong leadership in customer-facing roles.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation execution and documentation teams.
• Oversee planning, ocean booking and documentation quality.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Lead customer operational reviews and escalations.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and workload balancing.
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation.
• Support onboarding and operational readiness.
