Job summary

C.H. Robinson Europe BV in Wroclaw is expanding its European Control Tower to support international supply chains.

The Logistics Representative will coordinate international transportation across road, ocean and intermodal freight, using SAP and digital logistics platforms. You will work with carriers, manufacturing sites across Europe and globally, managing end-to-end execution, preparing shipping documents, and driving improvements to KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation field
• Industrial manufacturing supply chains
• Experience with SAP ECC or similar transportation platforms
• Fluent English and German (language allowance)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation execution
• Coordinate ocean and surface transport bookings using SAP and transportation platforms
• Prepare Shipping Instructions and review Draft Bills of Lading
• Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin and other export documentation
• Support Letter of Credit documentation
• Manage transportation exceptions and freight invoice reconciliation
• Drive operational improvements and achieve KPI targets

We're expanding our European Control Tower in Wroclaw to support a global leader in industrial manufacturing as it transforms its international supply chain.

Working as part of a dedicated Control Tower team, you'll coordinate international transportation across road, ocean and intermodal freight while using advanced transportation technology, SAP and digital logistics platforms. You'll collaborate with colleagues, carriers and manufacturing sites across Europe and globally, helping ensure products move efficiently while continuously improving logistics performance.

Compensation Range

zł63,700.00 - zł127,500.00
