C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Wrocław is seeking an Associate Collections Representative to join our finance team. You will work with customers and offices to resolve complex collection issues and monitor payments, building relationships and applying critical thinking to challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 1 year of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts receivable, or related finance roles would be beneficial.
• Fluency in English at a C1 level and fluent Spanish (B2).

Responsibilities

• Contact with customers via email and phone to monitor payments and accounts receivables.
• Arrange and oversee the completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining open lines of communication.
