Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań seeks a Senior IT Auditor to join the Group Internal Audit team, focusing on IT controls, governance and risk across a global organization.

You will lead end-to-end IT audits, assess controls, and develop evidence-based recommendations while collaborating with our Integrated Information Technology function to strengthen the internal control environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT audit experience in global/complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, application controls and governance.
• Cybersecurity knowledge incl IAM, network security, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud security, third-party risk.
• Experience with GDPR, data retention, classification and security-by-design.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and NIS2.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Excellent communication to challenge stakeholders and simplify technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end IT audits per annual plan.
• Assess IT controls and produce evidence-based findings.
• Develop risk-based recommendations addressing root causes.
• Assess IT governance, cybersecurity and ITGCs.
