Job summary

Bielsko seeks an experienced in-house Counsel to negotiate, review and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, procurement, service and customer contracts. The role partners with procurement, operations, HR and leadership teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that supports strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in Poland.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial law, contract drafting, review and negotiation, preferably gained in-house or supporting multinational organizations.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business model.
• Well-organized and detail oriented with an outstanding work ethic.
• Able to independently manage and successfully prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to provide business friendly solutions and improve processes.
• Advanced functional, technical and process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, procurement, service and customer-facing contracts.
• Partner with procurement, operations, supply chain, HR and leadership teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that supports strategic objectives.
• Advise stakeholders on contract structuring, risk allocation, compliance requirements and commercial negotiations to ensure balanced business outcomes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while enabling efficient business decision-making and operational continuity.
• Provide legal support on employment and labor law matters, working closely with HR and business leaders across Poland.
• Support Global Trade Compliance activities, including import/export regulations, compliance initiatives, investigations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues across EMEA, the US and India on cross-border legal projects, strategic initiatives and complex contracting matters.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a strategic legal advisor to leadership teams in Poland.
• Develop and improve legal processes, contract templates, governance practices and compliance procedures to drive operational excellence.
• Leverage Legal AI solutions, technology and data-driven tools to enhance legal service delivery, contract lifecycle management and commercial decision-making.
• Work across borders, cultures and time zones, balancing legal governance with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
