Merck Group in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Legal Professional to join the Global Legal Services Center. Based in Wroclaw, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts while advising business stakeholders on compliance and risk management.

You will manage contract lifecycles from discussions through negotiations, extensions, and terminations, ensuring alignment with policies and legal requirements, while collaborating across borders and driving process improvements.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• 4+ years hands-on legal services experience, preferably in contract management or in-house roles.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong contract management, risk assessment and regulatory compliance capabilities.
• Experience with MS Office and ticketing or workflow systems.
