Job summary

Vaillant Group is seeking an L2O Process Manager to shape and continuously improve Lead-to-Order processes across international markets. You will own process domains, ensure governance, and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

You will collaborate with Salesforce and SAP teams, manage the backlog, and drive KPI-based improvements while leading cross-functional stakeholder alignment in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, IT, Business Informatics, or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in BPM, CRM, digital transformation, or related area in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in Product Ownership, Backlog Management, Agile Solution Delivery, Salesforce, SAP-integrated processes, and Lead-to-Order process management; translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive improvements via data and KPIs.
• Experience with Jira, ARIS, Celonis, and CPQ solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop Lead-to-Order process areas across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization and governance across markets.
• Translate strategic objectives into scalable processes and digital solutions.
• Own and prioritize the process and product backlog for high-value outcomes.
• Define business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and SAP teams to evolve capabilities and improve UX.
• Monitor KPIs and PPIs to identify optimization opportunities and value creation.
• Use data and process analytics for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT and markets.
• Contribute to the roadmap for L2O, Opportunity, Offer, Pricing, Incentive, Contract, and CPQ capabilities.
