Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global SAP ALM Process Owner to shape and govern the end-to-end SAP changes lifecycle across our enterprise landscape. You will own the Requirements-to-Deploy process and drive transitions from Solution Manager/ChaRM to SAP Cloud ALM with an integrated toolchain.

You will lead governance, set global standards, ensure audit readiness, and partner with Quality, validation, and controls teams. Strong English communication and stakeholder leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Significant experience with SAP ALM and change management in enterprise settings.
Experience with governing end-to-end processes across teams/regions.
Experience in regulated environments and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the global SAP Requirements-to-Deploy process, including change, release, testing, defect, and system-documentation practices.
Define global process standards, roles, decision rights, controls, and performance measures.
Maintain the process-documentation framework with SOPs and user guidance.
Partner with Quality, validation, and control owners to ensure processes are designed, documented, validated, and audit-ready.
Translate GxP, validation, and ICFR requirements into practical processes and controls.
Define the target SAP ALM operating model and roadmap, including transitions to SAP Cloud ALM.
Lead process improvements to increase adoption and reduce risk and lead time.
Define training and enablement approach for global adoption.
Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, Finance Controls, and external partners to align priorities.
