Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a skilled Business Technology Support Engineer to join our global team to manage the day to day information technology tools and facilities for our amazing staff. You are a service oriented, self starting, problem solver that thrives working in a modern SaaS company.

This role focuses on supporting IT operations, security controls, and user provisioning across the organization to keep systems reliable and secure.

Qualifications

Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems.
Proficiency in scripting languages.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
Experience installing and configuring software and hardware (including network equipment and printers).
Excellent communication skills with the business technology team and other departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and interpret organizational IT policies related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
Review new vendors and improve processes.
Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment and maintain asset inventory.
Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision.
