Job summary

S3 Connected Health is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT environment running smoothly and to support development and business teams. You will provide tier 2/3 support, manage licensing negotiations, and maintain server-based service environments across Windows and Linux.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 5+ years in IT support, and hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud Apps, Git, SVN, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Min. 2 years of experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud Apps or other vendor software/hardware development tools stacks, cloud-based applications.
• Min. 2 years of experience in dealing with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors.
• Experience supporting Windows OS and desktop applications.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience.
• Ability to work with policies and procedures of an IT department.
• Good troubleshooting skills, ability to efficiently investigate the nature of a problem.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2/3 IT support to engineering and admin staff.
