Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a skilled Business Technology Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT tools and facilities for our global staff. You are a service oriented, self-starting problem solver in a modern SaaS company.

You will focus on corporate IT, info security, SaaS licensing, asset management, and collaboration with technical leaders to ensure secure operation of systems. Training and provisioning support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting corporate IT and SaaS tools.
• Knowledge of macOS and Windows.
• Ability to train users on IT systems.
• Experience with asset inventory and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
• Review new vendors and work on process improvements.
• Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory.
• Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
• Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision.
