This role focuses on supporting IT operations, security controls, and user provisioning across the organization to keep systems reliable and secure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
• Experience installing and configuring software and hardware (including network equipment and printers).
• Excellent communication skills with the business technology team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret organizational IT policies related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
• Review new vendors and improve processes.
• Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment and maintain asset inventory.
• Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision.
