Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a Business Technology Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT tools and facilities for our global staff. You will support corporate IT, information security, and SaaS applications, partnering with technology leaders to ensure secure, reliable systems.

You will train users, assist with provisioning and deprovisioning, manage asset inventory, and coordinate vendor reviews while maintaining licensing and hardware setup across Mac and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate IT, information security, and SOC II compliance.
• Vendor review and process improvements.
• Asset management and SaaS licensing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret organizational IT goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT and SOC II compliance.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate activity.
• Train users on IT systems and provide technical support.
• Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning.
