Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain.

You will manage cross-geographical IT programs, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project management leading large, complex IT programs.
• Experience with global, cross-geographical coordination.
• PMP/Agile certifications preferred but not required; ITIL foundations may help.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule while meeting strategic goals.
• Track milestones and report to senior leadership and program managers.
• Coordinate SDLC governance and lifecycle processes across the program.
• Interface with C-suite executives, manage risks, issues, and supplier relationships.
