Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for our Retail & Consumer Products business. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain, and follows a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home).

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive program governance, and ensure milestones, budgets and ROI targets are met across multiple sites and geographies.

Qualifications

• Over ten years of PM experience leading large, distributed projects.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases for major investments.
• Experience coordinating projects across geographies.
• Experience with RFI/RFP development and scoring (preferred).
• PMP/Agile certifications preferred; ITIL Foundations optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global IT programs.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule meeting requirements.
• Track milestones and advise leadership on deviations.
• Understand SDLC and basic software development concepts.
• Plan program lifecycle and governance reviews.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Act as frontline contact for program activities, issues and risks.
• Manage risks and take corrective actions.
• Engage with senior management and executives on programs.
• Interface with executives and leaders on ROI and budgets.
• Coordinate interdependencies and governance across projects.
• Manage resources across projects.
