Job summary

Engenious seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to enterprise IT projects in a global setting. You will oversee planning, delivery, budgeting, risks, and governance, coordinating with teams in NAM Hub and development partners in India.

The role offers remote work from EU locations with potential office presence up to 3 days a week during the initial period. The position follows Zurich working hours (10:00–18:00) with collaboration across India, Europe, and North America,

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in large IT project management.
• 10 years of experience managing projects across geographies throughout the full project lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow SPM / SPPM Project Management Module.
• Experience with PMP, Gate Model, Agile and/or Scrum project management approaches.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management within a global enterprise environment.
• Experience managing the financials of large projects using MS Project and SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, IT processes, and business processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of medium, large, and enterprise IT projects.
• Plan and coordinate project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, costs, and financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Act as a key contact and escalation point for project-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor activities and track vendor deliverables where applicable.
• Provide project status and financial reporting to leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client's project management methodology, quality standards, financial targets, and agreed timelines.
• Support technology planning and implementation from a project management perspective.
• Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support organizational change management activities in a global enterprise environment.

Job description

We are looking for an experiencedIT Project Managerto join our client'sTransformers Business Solutions IT Organizationand lead medium, large, and enterprise-level IT projects in a global environment. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, financial management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project governance. You will work across multiple geographies and coordinate withApplication Managers in the NAM Hub (US, Canada, Mexico)as well as development teams fromTCS in India.

This is along-term B2B engagement with a minimum duration of 2 years, offering a remote working model fromPoland, Italy, Spain or another eligible EU location. Depending on proximity to the office, there may be an expectation to work from the office up to3 days per week during the first 6 months.
