Job summary

Creatio is seeking an experienced Event Manager to organize the company’s events worldwide from its Poland base. You will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and collaborate with vendors to deliver high-impact offline and online events.

The role emphasizes global reach, partnership engagement, audience growth, and post-event analysis. Fluency in English is required, and experience with IT events is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of events management experience.
• Experience on global markets is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and manage budgets for offline and online events, including co-marketing with partners.
• Coordinate content, UX design, design and promotional campaigns for events.
• Prepare plans, briefs, POC and deliverables for events approval and conduction.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, technology and event services providers.
• Coordinate Creatio Community Involvement in events and customer travels support.
