Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wrocław invites motivated students or graduates to join our six-month paid internship in HR Administration, with a focus on Employee Central Spain. You will learn to use SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and other HR tools while supporting daily operations.

The program starts in October 2026, with flexible hours and on-site collaboration in our Wroclaw office three days a week, allowing you to contribute to projects and gain hands-on experience in a global biopharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Candidates should be students or recent graduates in HR or a related field.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check employment-related documents.
• Process HR transactions in the system according to team needs.
• Handle multiple data entries into the system.
• Participate in team and country meetings.
• Support projects, research and team engagement activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports.
• Identify and support process improvements.
• Attend trainings and workshops as scheduled.
