Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage international employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and delivering excellent service. You will act as a first level advisor on employee relations and coordinate resources across payroll, legal, and benefits teams in a fully remote, async environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, research, and communicate recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international employee exits with a focus on compliant offboarding.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Provide guidance on progressive discipline and documentation requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and best practices.
