Genpact is seeking a Specialist for HRO and Employee Lifecycle Management to support EMEA HR operations from Poland. You will coordinate Region HRMs and HR Managers, manage mass data uploads, and drive process improvements across regions in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance or MBA with analytics focus.
• Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Advanced French language skills required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for Region HRMs and EMEA Business HR Managers.
• Mass data uploads for dedicated regions with accuracy.
• Handle escalation for complex case resolutions in regions.
• Lead knowledge building and training for dedicated regions.
• Deliver projects improving processes, partnerships, and service.
• Act as Transition Leader for service migration from EMEA and regions.
• Maintain regular country calls and address identified gaps.
