The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse, potentially remote stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College Degree in HR, Management, or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
• Fluent English language knowledge. Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese) will be a plus.
• Strong and proven experience in HR area.
• Attention to Detail, and engaging in collaborative work teams is required.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering services / providing advisory to others.
• Problem solving skills in both: process complexity and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively responds to HR inquiries using various tools and processes.
• Documents all transactions and follows standards for service documentation.
• Engages with employees to meet KPIs and provide high-quality service.
• Collaborates with HR teams and coaches others on process navigation.
• Ensures SOX compliance and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Supports process improvements and provides training to colleagues.
