Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Systems to lead our global HR Systems team and shape the future of HR technology.

You will define the strategy and governance for our HR systems, partner with HR and business leaders, sponsor Workday initiatives, and drive value through cross‑functional collaboration across EMEA and Asia.

This is a people‑oriented leadership role focused on strategy, change management, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in HR technology, HRIS, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of global HCM platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience with HR systems strategy and transformation.
• Experience partnering with senior HR stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR Systems team across EMEA and Singapore.
• Define and execute the HR systems strategy and roadmap.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders on HR technology priorities.
• Ensure HR systems support business objectives, employee experience, and growth.
• Govern governance, service ownership, data quality, and process consistency.
• Drive prioritization of system enhancements and initiatives to maximize value.
• Partner with Global HR, IT, Finance, Data Protection, and other functions.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives related to HR technology.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Oversee HR systems budgets and investments in new technologies.
