PwC Poland seeks an HC Business Partner for the MSO team to provide operational HR support and drive people initiatives. You will coordinate leadership development, manage performance processes, and partner with finance on budgets using workforce data.

Strong English and Polish labour law knowledge, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential for partnering with teams and delivering HR solutions at scale.

Formación

• At least 4 years of relevant HR Business Partner or advisory experience.
• Experience coordinating performance management, goal setting, evaluations, reward reviews and development actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trusted relationships and guide Team Leaders.
• Experience managing diverse business stakeholders and translating needs into HR solutions.
• Good understanding of business objectives and how HR decisions impact the business.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
• Very good command of English and Polish labour law knowledge.
• Proficiency with AI-based tools and new technologies in daily HR work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational HR support and guidance to Team Leaders in day-to-day people-related matters.
• Coordinate Leadership Development Experience processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Personnel and Finance Controlling on forecasts, budgets, and workforce data quality.
• Provide HR policy guidance and support to the business.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Human Capital projects and the dedicated business unit.
• Support onboarding and development of new teams within Managed Services Operations.
• Conduct HR data analysis on salaries, benefits and employee data.
• Present engagement survey results and support follow-up actions.
• Support performance management processes and development actions.
• Participate in HC projects and deliver assigned workstreams.
• Ensure timely delivery of HR administrative activities.
