Job summary

PLVision in Krakow is seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our team. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, manage benefits, and foster a supportive local team atmosphere.

In this role you will collaborate with team leads, coordinate onboarding and performance reviews, drive development plans, and handle HR operations. Polish and English fluency is expected; a dynamic, process-improving mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, Administration, or other people-related roles.
• Strong capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing deadlines or details.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Polish and English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle for assigned teams, including onboarding, adaptation, regular 1-on-1 meetings, ongoing employee support, performance review coordination, personal development planning, and offboarding.
• Support designated teams during the entire employee lifecycle, manage employee benefits, lead local team-building, and help solve everyday operational challenges.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for team leads and managers, addressing team health, potential risks, and operational requests.
• Organize and coordinate team-building activities and internal initiatives that foster team bonding for your assigned teams.
• Continuously assess internal HR processes and propose practical enhancements to keep workflows smooth and effective.
• Support the broader HR team in organizing company-wide events and internal communication initiatives.
• Provide basic office and administrative support while the company does not have a dedicated Office Manager.
• Handle employment documentation and labor-related administration.
