Job summary

You will collaborate with local and group stakeholders to ensure consistency and risk-aware delivery across multiple countries.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-country Total Rewards, payroll and governance, with strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll or workforce governance across multiple countries.
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience coordinating internal and external providers.
• Ability to drive change and harmonise practices across regions.

Responsibilities

• Govern EMEA compensation, benefits, pensions and employer-funded insurance, including annual reviews and pay range approvals.
• Oversee EMEA payroll standards, controls and provider oversight with local HR and Finance.
• Coordinate regional Compensation & Benefits and payroll experts, establishing governance, dashboards and risk controls.
